PK Rummy Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use PK Rummy, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any business or third party.
• You are providing accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your real name, date of birth, and contact details.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously had a PK Rummy account closed or terminated for breach of these terms.

PK Rummy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your account's lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

Registering an account is free. PK Rummy will never charge a fee simply for creating an account.

2 Account Rules

One account per player. Each individual may hold only one active account on PK Rummy. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual — identified by matching personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — all associated accounts will be suspended. Balances in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with any other person. PK Rummy is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access due to your failure to keep credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact PK Rummy support immediately.

Account accuracy. It is your responsibility to keep your account information current and accurate. If your contact details, payment methods, or personal information change, update your account accordingly. PK Rummy is not responsible for failed communications or payments resulting from outdated account details.

Non-transferable. Your PK Rummy account and the balance within it belong to you personally and cannot be transferred, sold, or gifted to another person. Buying or selling accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all involved accounts.

3 Deposits and Payments

PK Rummy accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and supported mobile wallets. The available payment methods and applicable minimums are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — even from a family member — are not permitted. Deposits identified as coming from third-party sources will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits are processed automatically and credited to your PK Rummy balance once confirmed by the respective payment provider. Processing times vary by method but JazzCash, Easypaisa, and Raast transactions are typically near-instant. PK Rummy is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from PK Rummy are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. Withdrawal requests to a different payment method may require additional verification.

To submit a withdrawal request, your account must be fully verified. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but withdrawal requests will be held until identity verification is completed. We strongly recommend completing verification early — before you need to withdraw — to avoid any delays.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account. PK Rummy processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Withdrawal page. Delays beyond our control — such as bank processing times or mobile wallet holds — are outside PK Rummy's responsibility once the withdrawal has been dispatched from our end.

• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts in your own name.
• PK Rummy reserves the right to carry out enhanced checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
• Any active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements are not withdrawable and will be removed at the time of withdrawal request.
• PK Rummy may delay or decline a withdrawal request if there is an ongoing investigation into the account concerned.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

PK Rummy offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions including cricket and PSL-related campaigns. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, displayed on the relevant promotion page.

Wagering requirements. Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be wagered before the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it become withdrawable. The applicable requirement is stated clearly on each promotion.

Game contributions. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Live Casino tables, Fish Games, Sports Betting, and card games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rate for each game category is listed on the individual promotion's terms page.

Bonus abuse. PK Rummy monitors bonus usage to detect patterns that indicate bad-faith participation — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer more than once, and exploitation of system errors. Confirmed abuse results in bonus cancellation, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account closure.

Claiming bonuses. Bonuses must be claimed before the stated expiry date. Expired, unclaimed bonuses cannot be reinstated. Once a bonus is active in your account, the associated wagering period begins immediately.

6 Gameplay and Betting Rules

PK Rummy offers multiple game verticals including Live Casino, Fish Games, Sports Betting (covering Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, and Esports), and classic card games including Rummy. Each vertical operates under its own game-specific rules which are displayed within the game environment or sports betting interface.

Bets are final once confirmed. Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Ensure bet amounts and selections are correct before confirming.

Malfunctions. In the event of a software or connectivity malfunction during gameplay, bets affected by the malfunction may be voided. PK Rummy will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs but is not liable for losses arising from technical faults outside our direct control. Malfunction voids all pays — this is a standard gaming industry principle.

Minimum and maximum bets. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across all game types. These are displayed within the game interface. PK Rummy reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time and without prior notice.

Sports betting settlements. Sports bets are settled based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body — for cricket this means PCB and ICC official results. In cases of dispute about the outcome of a sporting event, PK Rummy's decision on settlement, based on official sources, is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PK Rummy and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, or forfeiture of funds depending on severity:

• Registering more than one account (duplicate or multiple accounts).
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported to support immediately.
• Using proceeds from unlawful activity to fund your account (money laundering).
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PK Rummy staff or other players through any channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools or self-exclusion measures.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes without first raising the matter with PK Rummy support.

8 Privacy and Data

PK Rummy collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

PK Rummy does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where necessary for payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You may also request correction of inaccurate data or, where applicable, deletion of your data subject to our legal retention obligations. Raise any data-related requests through PK Rummy support.

9 Limitation of Liability

PK Rummy provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors.

To the fullest extent permitted, PK Rummy's total liability to you in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount of your real-money balance at the time of the incident. PK Rummy is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or emotional distress.

PK Rummy is not responsible for:

• Internet connectivity issues on the player's side that affect gameplay.
• Delays by third-party payment providers in processing deposits or withdrawals.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.
• Technical failures caused by the player's own device or software.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

By PK Rummy. PK Rummy may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you are found to have breached these Terms and Conditions, if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, if required by applicable law or a regulatory direction, or if maintaining your account creates a compliance risk for the platform.

If your account is terminated for breach of terms, any bonus balance is forfeited. Real-money balance may be returned at PK Rummy's discretion after deducting any losses caused by your breach.

By you. You may close your account at any time by contacting PK Rummy support. Before closure, ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. Account closure requests are actioned within a reasonable timeframe. Dormant accounts. Accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant. PK Rummy will attempt to contact you before any administrative fees are applied to dormant accounts. Details of the dormancy policy and applicable fees are available from support on request.

11 Changes to These Terms

PK Rummy reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practical, notify active players via email or in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continuing to use your account after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.

12 Contact and Disputes

If you have a question about these terms, a concern about your account, or a dispute regarding a transaction or game outcome, contact PK Rummy support in the first instance. Our support team will work to resolve your concern promptly and fairly.

For formal disputes, submit your complaint in writing to PK Rummy support with full details of the issue including relevant dates, amounts, and any screenshots or evidence. PK Rummy will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a resolution within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from them are governed by the principles of fairness and good faith. PK Rummy's decisions on matters of gameplay, bonus application, and account standing, made in accordance with these terms, are final.
